Database import issue

I grabed the DB from Git and went to upload to my DB useing SQLyog(never had issues before)

But i got this issue:

Error Code: 1558 - Column count of mysql.proc is wrong. Expected 20, found 16. Created with MySQL 50092, now running 50156. Please use mysql_upgrade to fix this error.

Im guessing that its a Version issue, i'm useing MySQL 5.1
