Worldserver.exe trouble... pls help

Hello,when i start authserver.exe - its OK,but when i start worldserver.exe its crashing in  
 

Using configuration file worldserver.conf.
Using SSL version: OpenSSL 1.0.2n  7 Dec 2017 (library: OpenSSL 1.0.2n  7 Dec 2017)
Using ACE version: 6.1.4

i extracted all data files (DBC,DB2,mmaps and other) done,i put my libmysql.dll,ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll in core folder... and i executed all DB version 14 with updates... i using Windows 10 Pro
