    Why don't use just

    sha1(strtoupper($username . ": ".  $_POST['password']));
    instead of

    function sha_password($user,$pass)
    and don't compare new $password and $password2 but just $_POST['password'] and $_POST['password2'] ?

    I hope SkyFire will help me setup a WoW server and am looking forward to getting it up and running.

    But remember - only for your own use - private servers are illegal and SkyFire community doesn't support them... Anyway, Welcome!
