Cannot connect to world database

My worldserver.exe keeps returning the error "Cannot connect to world database localhost;3306;root;;world"

Yet my authserver connects just fine to the database

The Database you imported is missing half of its content. Find a working SkyFire DB.

Using configuration file worldserver.conf.
Using SSL version: OpenSSL 1.0.2d 9 Jul 2015 (library: OpenSSL 1.0.0g 18 Jan 2012)
Using ACE version: 6.1.4
SkyFire 5.x.x rev. unknown 1970-01-01 00:00:00 +0000 (Archived branch) (Win32, Debug) (worldserver-daemon)

DatabasePool world NOT opened. There were errors opening the MySQL connections. Check your SQLDriverLogFile for specific errors.

After compiling all, I have implanted auth and characters but I have no world (5.4.8) to start it
