temporary solved like this, download visual studio 2017 , download ACE from here http://download.dre.vanderbilt.edu/previous_versions/ACE+TAO-6.5.3.zip , compile it in VS2017, find ACE.lib you compiled and put it in skyfire ace folder then go to build skyfire in VS2019 and remove ACE from projects

i believe you should update ACE to newer version
